RKC Waalwijk opts for ticketing system Tymes4
With effect from season 2023-2024, RKC Waalwijk and Ormer ICT will conclude an agreement for the supply of a new ticketing platform. With the switch to Tymes4, a platform now running at nearly twenty professional football organisations in the Netherlands, the club will realise a modern online ticketing environment for supporters, while Business Club members will also have access to an online portal to manage their tickets. Purchasing season tickets for the upcoming season will also be done through the new system.
Commercial director Rob de Groot: “For a football club, a good, modern ticketing system is obviously of great importance. Tymes4 is the Dutch market leader in football ticketing for good reason. With this cooperation, we are taking an important step in our digitalisation strategy. For both fans and business visitors, it will be easier to buy tickets and season tickets will now be available digitally, eliminating the need to carry a hardcopy season ticket in your pocket to attend a match.'”
Frank van Eijsden, as COO of Ormer ICT Software Development, is immensely proud: “We are very happy that RKC Waalwijk has chosen Tymes4, already almost the twentieth Dutch football club. It confirms that with our product and its support, we meet an important professionalisation need of BVOs in the field of ticketing. From the first moment, the contact was constructive and we are proud to work for this fine Eredivisionist.”
The Tymes4 platform was born out of the urgent need of professional football clubs for a user-friendly and comprehensive ticketing system. No supplier offered the software and service aimed at the requirements of football organisations, specific needs that are different from those of other event organisers. Ormer ICT took up the challenge and developed Tymes4. The only ticketing platform in the world for and by professional clubs, as they are intensively involved in the development and further development of this software as a service (SAAS). Leading are the four pillars of Tymes4: fan engagement, efficiency, data centricity and turnover.
