Feyenoord introduces new ticketing system Tymes4

Feyenoord and Ormer ICT have placed their signatures under a cooperation agreement. Over the last few months, the commitment already resulted in the introduction of a new ticketing system, called Tymes4.

With its Tymes4 platform, Ormer ICT is no stranger to Feyenoord. The commercial ticketing environment already operated in this environment during the last season, including the entirely digital distribution. By starting to use the ticketing platform Tymes4, Feyenoord takes some important steps in the area of user-friendliness for its supporters, while simultaneously the club takes a step in terms of efficiency in linking data and the processing of data and orders. An important investment in the future, where ticketing is concerned.

Unique
General Manager Mark Koevermans is pleased with the commissioning of Tymes4: “Choosing Tymes4 means we are taking huge progressive steps in the area of ticketing. Tymes4 meets all the demands that we set on (online) ticketing as a top club. The development took place in partnership and that makes us unique, in our country and perhaps even in Europe. Tymes4 enables us to provide a high level of service to our supporters in a mobile-first environment”.
